These terms of participation contain the terms and conditions related to your participation in Unitercih Education and Career Fairs. By filling out the fair registration form, you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.

1. General Terms

Unitercih Education and Career Fair (hereinafter referred to as "Fair") is an event open to university candidates, students, parents, educators, and all relevant parties. The purpose of the fair is to provide participants with information about education and career opportunities and to provide an opportunity to communicate directly with universities and educational institutions.

2. Event Communication

By completing your fair registration, you agree to receive important information, reminders, and updates about the event via email, SMS, or other communication channels. These communications may include event schedules, changes, special sessions, and other important information.

3. Right of Participation

The fair organizer reserves the right to limit or refuse participation in the event for security, capacity, or other organizational reasons. Being registered does not guarantee absolute right of participation, but priority is given to registered persons unless otherwise stated by the organizer.

4. Cancellation Conditions

Unitercih reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change the event due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or organizational requirements. In such a case, registered participants will be informed as soon as possible.

5. Visual Usage

Professional photography and video recordings may be made during the fair. By participating in the event, you agree to the use of your image in Unitercih's promotional materials, social media accounts, website, and other communication channels. If you do not want your visuals to be used, please avoid photo shoots during the event and inform the organizers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Unitercih is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the fair. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and should pay attention to security measures in the event area. Additionally, the information presented at the fair is based on the institutions' own statements, and Unitercih does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.

7. Data Privacy

Personal information you provide on the registration form is protected under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). 8. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event. The organizer reserves the right to remove persons who behave inappropriately from the event.

9. Changes

Unitercih reserves the right to change these terms of participation at any time. Changes will be announced on the website.
